I was captivated by “color” since a very early age. I found there was something magically in blank sheet of paper. Colors are a form of a language which helped me to interpret my ideas into form and constantly challenged me to come up with surprising creation. I considered myself very fortunate that I have a gift of painting. Water colors have been o my fingertips since I was a child and today, it’s my prime medium. I was lucky to under prestigious influences of my beloved and honorable teachers, like late Mr. M. L. Nagar, Mr. B.N. Arya, late Mr. Asad Ali and Late Badar Darab. Their guidance has always been my source of inspiration. People have always appreciated my work. My endless passion and an energetic mind have bought award and noble prizes in both my student and professional life. For 20 years I taught in different art colleges like in Karachi School of Arts, North city School of Arts and Sadequain of Arts. Besides teaching, I was also examiner of Sindh board of Technical Education, Karachi. The key concept of my paintings is a true feeling of human life and beauty of Pakistan.
