Nearly all of Dieter’s art is based on photography, no matter if it refers to documentary, abstracts or figurative art. Because he studied many themes in art, he loves to play with genres, extend all limits to show hidden aspects of life. He loves children and people and he always tries to understand what moves persons to do things and go on in their live. Being human is not an easy task. There are so many internal and external aspects, we are living in and that it might be hard and impossible to avoid conflicts. The inner and external structures of live and conflicts are always worth to look at. It is not only to focus at the straight action. Dieter loves to dive deep into the soul and works his findings into abstractions, philosophical discussions as well as technical reflections. He also deals about current issues like biochemical structures around Corona, Space and Galaxies and its structures and many more. Art in his understanding is not only about aesthetics, it also has to make a stand for a better live on earth too. In his understanding, art is a means and medium of intellectual and even more important emotional analysis. Dieter loves to work on colourful big formats and large series up to 30 pieces. He aims to impress with bright and spectacular colours, all kind of patterns, textures and double or multi exposures, and layer technics and produces complex video art clips, which he often underlines with music samples, created by himself.
