M. A. Bukhari
Mohammad Ali Bukhari has emerged as a powerful artist of Islamic calligraphy, landscapes and Semi-abstract composition. A short association with late Mr. Ismail Gulgee has turned his style that seems to strike as an artistic extension of Gulgee and it is thought that it would help to develop that style and techniques further. Bukhari has developed his own technique and scalpel like pen which makes his calligraphy more enjoyable for those of us who relish the grace and beauty of Arabic script. He has had fifteen solo and many group exhibitions in Pakistan and abroad, especially in North America. loyable for those of us who relish the grace and beauty of Arabic script.
