The creation of artworks supports the cognition and the process of ripening, which, due to continued progress allow a better understanding of the self and the complexity of the world; they also help to formulate the own view of the world. As a result the attained authenticity of the works may touch the observer  and provoke reflections about the corresponding topic. A long-time engagement with a topic results in the development of series which help to enlighten the manifold immanent aspects of the handled field. The series can be interrupted temporarily and completed over time. This approach has helped encircling the relevant topics which remain of artistic interest to me. 

Consequently my Œuvre reflects broad fields of interest, such as the human being as political, social and psychological element in its environment; nature and technology; history and mythology.
