Ms. Sumbel Sajid was born and raised in art-loving city of Lahore in Pakistan & later kept her working visits to Australia which is her second home.
During her school time, Art & Art teacher grabbed her attention. Her parents and teachers supported her natural talent & sheer interest to pursue art as her profession.
She did her Masters in Fine Arts from historical Punjab University College Of Arts And Design. Later, she taught as an Arts teacher at school level & loved to work as an ardent furniture designer.
After tieing her knot of marriage, she had to put the creative side on the back burners for a while to focus on raising her two lovely dolls. As they grew up she started back into the painting.
Her paintings have soothing & calm influence on viewers mind globally.
She was lucky to participate in several group exhibitions at national and international level despite her domestic commitments & a patriarchal family set-up. Now she is fully ready to share & augment her creativity & imagination through canvas to the art lovers world over.
